DPEs received notice today of the following:

AVS-60 recently issued FAA Order 8000.95E, Designee Management Policy. The new revision can be reviewed at 8000.95E.

What does this revision do? This revision is part of ongoing efforts to improve and clarify existing language, add and remove certain requirements, and align the policy with the Designee Management System (DMS) tool as it evolves. Please see the attached document for the changes incorporated in each volume.

When does the policy take effect? 15 September 2026

What do you need to do? The revision may require action on your part. Please review the updated policy for your understanding and awareness.
