The Grand Rapids FSDO has implemented a new website to help expedite the scheduling process for CFI checkrides.

Visit http://www.faa.gov/about/office_org/field_offices/fsdo/grr/local_more/CFI/CFI_exam/ for scheduling.

Applicants an instructors are recommended to use this website when scheduling instead of calling the office directly. Once the request for checkride has been completed it will be filled by an FAA staff member or local Designated Pilot Examiner who will be in contact with the applicant.
