Designee Management System - System DPEs use to notify and track practical test activity.

8000.95 - Designee Management Policy - This document establishes integrated policy for managing FAA designees across the Office of Aerospace Medicine, Aircraft Certification Service, Flight Standards Service, and Air Traffic Safety Oversight Service. It also governs use of the Designee Management System (DMS), a web-based tool that standardizes designee oversight and administration.

FAA Designee National Information - Designees are individuals and organizations in the aviation industry authorized to conduct examinations, perform tests, and issue approvals and certificates on behalf of the FAA.

Aircraft Registry (FAA) -  This link is to the FAA online aircraft registry. If an examiner has a question about the airworthiness or registration of an aircraft this is a good place to do a first check.
