The FAA has recently issued memorndum Deviation to FAA Order 8000.95D, Designee Management Policy, Implementation of Designee Management System (DMS) Release 8.1: Adding the Ability to Cancel an Application, Requiring Code of Conduct Actions by Certain Designees, and Changing the Direct Observation Oversight Requirements of Certain Designees” which can be found at:

Additionally included in this is the FAA notice is reference to a new DPE Code of Conduct that a DPE must acknowledge and remain in compliance with while a DPE.
